GNH WARRIORS COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Listed below are the committees that help support the Greater New Haven Warriors and are a critical part of our league's success! If you are interested in offering support and volunteering your time with our league, please take a moment to fill out our Volunteer form. This form is not for coaching, all coaches must fill out a separate coaching application.
Finance Committee
There shall be a Finance Committee consisting of the Vice-President, Treasurer, and one other Board of Director member. The Finance Committee is responsible for assisting the Treasurer in preparing budgets and collection of registration fees. The budget is prepared prior to the commencement of the hockey season. Collection of registration fees is ongoing throughout the entire season.

Rules Committee
The Rules Committee must consist of three Board of Directors and two non-Directors. The Board of Directors shall make every effort that at least one member shall be or have been a coach in the hockey league. The Rules Committee shall prepare the guidelines for the operation of a hockey league for youngsters and it shall be primarily responsible for making amendments hereto. The guidelines promulgated by the Rules Committee shall be subject to approval by a majority of the Board of Directors and shall be in a format suitable for an informative presentation to the general public. The Rules Committee shall also be responsible for interpretation of the guidelines, including resolution of all philosophical matters. All decision by a majority vote of the Rules Committee interpreting such guidelines shall be approved by the Board of Directors. The Rules Committee shall be chaired by an officer of the Board of Directors as appointed by the President.

Special Events Committee
Members of this committee will assist the Director of Special Events in the planning, coordination and carrying out of each event. They will work together to decide on special events that will be planned for the year. All special events must be approved by the Board of Directors.
